Josh Thornton and his associates at Collaborative Construction did an outstanding job upgrading our kitchen and master bath. We replaced the granite with quartz countertops, installed subway tile in the kitchen, replaced the sinks and faucets, replaced the original bathroom mirror with lighted ones, removed the tub, and tiled and grouted the area to create a sitting area in the bathroom. He was very easy to work with and provided great suggestions before and during the project. The project was completed on time. We couldn't be happier, and we will use him for future projects

Josh and Julio, at Collaborative construction were simply amazing in every way!

They helped alleviate the stressors, from my situation, while rebuilding my kitchen.

Josh communicated everything, every step of the way! They were prompt in showing up through the process and meticulous in their work! I will definitely use them again, when I remodel my bathroom! I highly recommend this fantastic business!

Collaborative Construction and their team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathrooms in our home. Being an older home, and big expectations from my wife, they were able to deliver better than we expected. Clean and very respectful while working in our home. They took all of our wants and needs into consideration for the remodels, and made them happen. Highly recommend!

After dealing with flooding from the hurricane a few years ago, I finally had to fully gut and remodel my bathroom. I was looking for someone who could not only do great work, but also help me think through how to maximize the space and create something that felt modern without going over the top.

Collaborative Construction absolutely delivered. From the beginning, they helped me rethink the layout and made suggestions that I honestly would have never considered on my own. Their ideas ended up being exactly what I was hoping for — clean, functional, and modern while still feeling comfortable and practical for everyday use.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail from the entire team really stood out. They communicated well throughout the project, kept things moving, and treated the space like it was their own home. The final result completely transformed the bathroom and made the whole experience well worth it.

If you’re looking for a team that listens, brings thoughtful ideas to the table, and delivers high-quality work, I would absolutely recommend Collaborative Construction.

Josh and his team were AMAZING!!!! They were wonderful to do business with...quick to respond, always going the extra mile to do a superb job. They were creative when we bumped into those "unexpected" aspects of building that always arise...and I felt their pricing was very fair. They worked super hard and super quickly...a rarity in southwest Florida. And they were great communicators...I was able to reach out by phone or text and always got a quick response. I'd give Collaborative Construction a "15" on a 10 point scale if I could! They're simply...the best.

Top notch service! Very willing to listen to my ideas and wishes, and then come up with the best way to accomplish them. My patio looks perfect now, and exactly how I wanted it. The project was completed much quicker than I expected and still maintained quality! Definitely recommend!

We recently had Josh Thornton and Collaborative Construction complete a renovation at our newly purchased condominium in Siesta Key. Josh and team were incredible to work with throughout the entire project. It was seamless and stress-free, two words not usually associated with renovations! Josh came highly recommended by another owner and he surpassed our expectations. Collaborative Construction provided a streamlined process with design, excellent communication (daily video, pictures, and text updates throughout which was extra important since we were not onsite), and highly professional. On top of delivering a final result of an updated home that we absolutely love, the work was completed ahead of schedule! We highly recommend Josh and Collaborative Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

Such a great contractor to use for quick kitchen or bathroom remodels to help sell homes! We use Collab for all our real estate needs for buyers and sellers from Naples all the way up to Fort Myers :) I also love how they work together as a team.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Josh and his team. My renovation (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and a closet build out on 2nd floor loft-not easy!) was completed on time and on budget (which I’ve never heard anyone say about a contractor!), and the entire process was remarkably smooth. They were incredibly flexible in working around my schedule and travel, which made a huge difference for me. What impressed me most, though, was how much they went above and beyond—especially toward the end of the project, helping with all the little things that made it possible for me to actually get settled and enjoy my new home. They were responsive, reliable, easy to work with, and clearly took pride in making sure everything was done right. I hope to never have to work with another contractor again!
